Refresh transducer APB values for a specific IP Phone. If no lossPlan is
defined, the following default values are used:
HandsetRLR = 2
HandsetSLR = 11
HandsetSTMR = 18
HeadsetRLR = 0
HeadsetSLR = 11
HeadsetSTMR =18
HandsfreeRLR = 13
HandsfreeSLR = 16
HandsfreeSTMR = 22
