Step by Step
Parking a call
You can park up to ten calls, either internal, external, or both. Parked
calls can be displayed on and picked up from another telephone.
This feature is useful if you want to continue a call at another phone.
Prerequisite: You are conducting a call.
v Open the Program/Service menu Æ Page 37.
Select and confirm the option shown.
Select and confirm the option shown.
0 ... 9 Enter the number of the park slot (0 - 9) and make a note of it. If the
park slot number you entered is not displayed, it is already in use; en-
ter another one.
Retrieving a parked call
Prerequisite: One or more calls have been parked. The phone is idle.

Select and confirm the option shown.

0 ... 9 Enter the park slot number you noted earlier.
If the park slot number you enter is not in use, you cannot retrieve the
call.

If a parked call is not picked up, after a specific period of time
the call is returned to the telephone from where it was parked
(recall).
